Free Shipping (EMS):

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All Sports Bras
- Leggings & Capris (if the hygiene strip has been removed)
How to Return or Exchange

Refund Information
