– Recommended for faster delivery

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
– Free on orders over $50 USD
– Available for all qualifying orders

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium activewear and want you to love every piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items.

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All Sports Bras
  • Leggings & Capris (if the hygiene strip has been removed)

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Louisville-based customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Information
