Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Sports Bras (all styles)
  • Leggings & Capris (if hygiene strip has been removed)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our return center at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Include all original paperwork
  • Use a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
